How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings must be made at least 8 hours before pickup. You get an instant confirmation by e-mail, and your chauffeur’s details follow before your journey.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 8 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. See our Booking Terms for details.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time to your actual landing. Every booking includes 1 hour of free waiting; after that, waiting is charged for each started 15 minutes.
What is included in the price?
The fixed price includes VAT, 1 hour of waiting time, meet & greet, airport parking, tolls, the Heathrow drop-off charge, the London Congestion Charge. It does not change because of traffic or the route taken. Gratuity is optional.
Which vehicle classes can I choose?
Business Class (Mercedes-Benz E-Class or similar), First Class (Mercedes-Benz S-Class or similar) and Business Van (Mercedes-Benz V-Class or similar, up to 5 passengers and 5 suitcases).
How do I pay?
You pay by card on our secure payment page (Stripe). Your card is authorised when you book and only charged once your chauffeur is confirmed. Prices are set and charged in GBP; EUR and TRY are shown for convenience.
