Where your chauffeur meets you
Heathrow has four passenger terminals: 2, 3, 4 and 5. After customs, your chauffeur waits in the arrivals hall of your terminal holding a name sign. For departures we drop you at the terminal kerb; the Heathrow terminal drop-off charge is already included in your price.
Add your flight number when you book. We track it live and adjust the pickup to your actual landing time; 1 hour of waiting after landing is included.

Is the Heathrow drop-off charge included?
Yes. When we take you to Heathrow, the £7 terminal drop-off charge is included in your fixed price, as is airport parking when we collect you.
How far in advance do I need to book?
Bookings must be made at least 8 hours before pickup. You get an instant confirmation by e-mail, and your chauffeur’s details follow before your journey.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes — cancellation is free up to 8 hours before pickup. Later cancellations and no-shows are charged in full. See our Booking Terms for details.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight and adjust the pickup time to your actual landing. Every booking includes 1 hour of free waiting; after that, waiting is charged for each started 15 minutes.
What is included in the price?
The fixed price includes VAT, 1 hour of waiting time, meet & greet, airport parking, tolls, the Heathrow drop-off charge, the London Congestion Charge. It does not change because of traffic or the route taken. Gratuity is optional.
